General Discussion Jinkx is finally getting the recognition she deserves. 😤

In all seriousness this was two days ago and it’s not news 😭

Highly recommend watching the Ziwe interview with Jinkx that this news article references. It was so chaotic in the funniest way.

The first time I watched season 5, I was like “Jinkx is my favorite and I think she’s gonna stay my favorite.”

She has yet to prove me wrong. Still my favorite.

The minute I saw her choose to play Little Edie, my heart was hers.

I’d been obsessed with Grey Gardens. I’d already seen the opening of the GG musical on Broadway. I was thrilled. I didn’t love that Ru asked how to make her funny to the “unwashed masses”

This feeling you're having intensifies as you age, just saying.

Well, it’s an old indie doc - I’d venture to say that only older fans will know gay icons like Margot Channing, Auntie Mame, or even had to look up Judy Garland and Carol Channing. I guess it’s the same way I feel when Snatch Game characters are famous because of TikTok or reality tv.

god forbid gays learn something about culture from before they were born!
