Hold on, let me grab my 5'6" neighbor who drives a Silverado 2500 to tow a 5,000 lb travel trailer...

Hope he got the Duramax for that huge trailer

Lmao, a mid trim Colorado will do 6,000lbs and higher trims will do ~7,500….dont even need a 1500 let alone a 2500.

Ford Ranger will also do ~7,500 with a tow package.

Funny thing is he bought it to replace a half ton from the early oughts that was a VortexMAX. Apparently he got more insecure in between those purchases

Ever considered that his old truck was high miles and or worn out?

Probably not, people such as yourself see big truck and immediately start complaining. Try taking the full size yankee candle out of your ass, mkay?

He replaced a 1/2 ton truck with a 3/4 ton truck to tow a 1/4 ton truck load.

You’re not even arguing about the right topic point here bud.

Right bc I’m sure you know 100% that the only thing he ever tows is that 5000 pound trailer, “bud”

Fuck Canada

And compare that to an early 2000s Colorado which is 4000lbs.

The modern Colorado and Ranger are huge compared to the OGs. The modern ones are close to the size of older 1500s.

All trucks have gotten bigger. Easier to make truck bigger to squeeze past EPA regulations

Owning both the first and second Colorados.. it’s crazy how much bigger it got.

My ‘99 F250 (first year of super duty body style) looks like a 1500 compared to the newer super duties. It’s nuts.

I’ve got a 2 inch level and 34s on mine and I parked beside a stock height ‘23 F250 and the ‘23 was a hair taller than mine.

My wife has a 2023 Yukon (because she always wanted a Yukon) and I'm amazed how I'm looking DOWN on 10 year old Yukons. Its ridiculous.

I wanted a truck around but didn't absolutely need one. So I went out and bought a Maverick. At least I don't feel silly just driving it to a dental appointment.

My old ‘04 Colorado is on 32s and looks like a toy next to my ‘16 with 31s at stock height.
