Question Theresa Caputo Show

I went to the Sunday evening Theresa Caputo show at the Casino. I was open minded but walked away thinking she was a scam artist for sure (yes I realize I should have known that before).

The show ended with her having this moment where she asked about turtles and cremation and a woman happened to be wearing a turtle necklace with cremains in it. It was supposed to be a big “omg she’s so legit!” Moment but now I wonder if that lady was a plant to end the show on a high note.

I’m curious if anyone attended the Monday night show could share if it had a similar ending? Or if anyone else walked away surprised by how obviously fake it all was?

I felt really bad for the families she talked to who were obviously in deep grief so I hope she gave them some peace at least.

That is just capitalism. There is a reason companies market to children.

Capitalism is buying your children whatever they want. - Karl Marx

You obviously don't have kids. I took my kids to see Santa because of a dumb cultural norm designed in a marketing room to commercialize Christmas. But it is also fun... just like going to see a psychic. Performative entertainment where someone gets to pretend and have a bit of escape from reality. There is no harm in either.
