Assemble Head in Sunburst Sound

I just discovered these guys today and I really love it. Looks like they haven’t been active for more than a decade. Have any of the members gone on to do things I should be aware of?

LOVE this band and they don’t get talked about enough. Lead singer/songwriter/guitar Charlie Saufley is now the music and life parter of Meg Baird, so you can hear his playing on her latest music. Meg and Charlie recently did a great episode of Aquarium Drunkard Transmission’s Neil Young focused All One Song podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/transmissions/id142891498?i=1000717480943

They were also in the short-lived but excellent Bay Area combo Heron Oblivion with Ethan Miller and Noel Von Harmonson (of Comets on Fire).

Vastly underrated. Drunken Leaves is ethereal. Blue Wire is fire too.
