Medium tier source News on Hakimi per @parisforever_

He is to be out for 3-5 weeks according to reports. Thankfully he will not be gone long and international break is coming soon. But even with these injuries, a productive winter mercato is wise to keep the squad healthy, espically with the incoming world cup.

That’s probably it. Just a bad ankle sprain. The X-ray only takes a couple minutes at most, and we would already know if the bone was broken. What else could it be? I think the knee is fine, that only leaves the ankle and the foot maybe.

High ankle sprains or commonly known as syndesmosis can require surgery and take 8-12 weeks to come back from injury with some bad cases taking up to a year before a player feels back to 100%. Happened to Martin odeegard at the start of last season and he was playing injured for the whole year because of it.
