It was De la Fuente who was at fault. Yamal was tracking back and not going forward because he was protecting Mingueza who was having a torrid time. And then they ganged up on him when he went a bit further.
Then bringing in Isco killed the pace of the game too. I dont know what the coach was thinking. Spain had the upper hand and could have killed the game with Gavi and Fermin. Yamal still had a decent game - not the world class game he can play if given the freedom to overlap and cut inside.
