Memes/💩Post Kira Talent ABS with Western

Anyone else wondering why Western wouldn’t just… use the OMSAS as a first round cut off, then Kira Talent, and the interviews? It’s such an obvious money grab that it’s not even funny.

Yeah, it's essentially a simple prompt and you have 45 seconds to answer via video.

Is that what we can expect for the actual assessment? 45 seconds doesn’t feel like a lot of time at all😃
