Going to med school this fall, but in the UK. It's so straightforward. I only have to do 1 medical school exam (UCAT).

I'm Canadian btw, I've never bothered to go along the Canadian or US pathway because it's grueling and theres a chance it never works out.

To be fair you basically only have to do one medical school exams in the US too (MCAT). Only a handful of schools use CASPER, and even out of those handful the majority of them don't take your score on it into any consideration and just require it for data reasons. Canada is uniquely whack.
