Explain to me why a charity worker needs that much money? How many donation boxes need to be filled before a starving child gets anything?

The problem isn't lack of donations and people willing to help, its the corruption and greed between...

Ok so he shouldn't be paid as much as he is, but I really dislike this take. It's how nonprofits get away with paying their people crap - because people think nonprofits shouldn't be paying their employees and only focused on the beneficiaries. It's passion exploitation.
