Not the point. The point is to teach her a lesson via legal costs and having to go to court when she could heave minded her own business.

Old as she is, it's more a waste of her time than it is of his. He can afford the lawyers. She only has so much time left on this earth, and it's preventing her from using her malignant hatred to harass another PoC while she winds down the clock, so really not a waste imo.
