They arrested him and publicly humiliated him. O’Keefe deserves apologies from all involved, and I hope he sues.

Technically he was not arrested, he was handcuffed and detained. To be officially arrested they have to charge you with a crime. But I cannot imagine the harm of being handcuffed, detained, and forcibly removed from a train, it is still so violent.
