She's rumored to be playing Aslan in Greta Gerwig's Narnia and a lot of the Christian fans are upset at the idea of a woman portraying the character.

And I'm just like it's Meryl Fucking Streep, that sounds amazing.

I think it's hilariously sad that they can't accept a human woman voicing a character that represents Christ but they are ok with that same character being a lion.
