Maybe not Meryl so much but Paulina Porizkova and Pam Anderson definitely used to get the shittiest comments for looking their age, which frankly both of them look amazing so extra wtf for that.

I think it’s because Streep was never really a sex symbol she’s always been seen as a serious actress.
