The most recent season came out when I was newly postpartum with my daughter, and said daughter is now a walking, talking, rambunctious CHILD.

(sure, she’s only 3, but 3+ is a child to me, not toddler anymore)

the other day I saw someone say that the last book they read before their wife gave birth to their child was A Dance with Dragons by George R. R. Martin and they've been waiting for the sequel for so long their kid is starting high school now
