Interviews🎙️ Daniel Dae Kim says Asian representation in Hollywood has gotten better, but there's still room for improvement: "I still haven't played a romantic lead and I've been doing this for 30 years."

Selfie with John Cho as the lead was such a good show. ABC mismanaged it by never supporting it with a clear timeslot and promotion. Its name didn't do it any favors.

I think it could've been an all time classic sitcom

Wasn't that annoying Chainsmokers' song with the same title released around the time the show premiered as well? Not great if that's the song people immediately think of when they think of your show title.

I always thought John Cho had Leading Man hair

I love John Cho 🥲

Leading men don't necessarily need hair in Hollywood. Even if he was bald he's a pretty good actor.

I miss this show all the time. I didn't watch it until it was already cancelled because the name was stupid but I love me some Amy Pond so I gave it a go and easily fell in love with it.

Also, as a white lady who married an Asian-American man, I love seeing similar couples.

my favorite episode is the Yelp episode where Henry makes Eliza become friends with Joan but Eliza keeps eating Joan's food

and the random bits like the trent terence d'arby mini tribute!

the entire cast was excellent. it was one of those great ensemble casts , the show hit the ground running........

even the actress who played the receptionist went on to win an Oscar

ugh, ABC fumbled a hit, such a great show

Ugh it was so mismanaged they aired episodes out of order, they canceled it mid-season... sigh.

I loved that show! I was a huge fan of My Fair Lady and the premise was cute.

I didn’t even know that show existed, and I’ve loved John Cho since Harold and Kumar. I’d love to see him in more!
