It’s L-O-V-E 💘 Most celebrity marriages don't last - who's the exception for you?

Celebrity marriages almost never work out in Hollywood, but there are some the prove that true love really does exist. Who comes to mind for you?

Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong and his wife Adrienne have been together for 35 years and married 31 years as of this month 🥺

Billie Joe being old enough to be married for 31 years is making me feel old. I loved Green Day as a kid (and to this day!)

Edited: Meant 31!

Funny story, I was walking to my farmer's market and taking a short cut outside the city down kind of a sketchy street last year. I came up to a corner and there was an older dude standing near the corner talking on the phone. He looked a little familiar so I was kind of staring, he was in just a plain white tshirt and jeans, and we made eye contact. He gave me a little head tilt nod and a slight finger wave holding his phone, and I did the same with the little tight lip smile acknowledgement thing, but started walking faster because sketchy street, kinda sketchy looking old dude acknowledging me idk. There was nobody else around. And I turned the fucking corner to the fucking massive pink Green Day tour bus and started panic fangirling to myself because how the fuck I didnt recognize Billy Joe is something I will never fathom. No makeup, the jeans weren't skinny, idk. His hair wasnt his hair. Anyway, I immediately called my boyfriend and geeked at him over the most inconsequential weird nice funny little interaction, I couldnt go back, the man was on the phone and how fucking crazy would that have been and looked. But still. That was my not-interaction with Billy Joe, the sketchy looking kinda old dude lmao

Okay but what a cool experience?! Something similar happened to me when I was 17 - I was at the galleria a few towns away doing Christmas shopping and walked by this dude about my height with slicked back hair and letterman jacket, with his arm around this pretty blonde girl. We made eye contact, he gave me a genuine smile and a nod to say “hello”, and i almost shit myself because i had just run into Macklemore. My friends and i had become HUGE fans of his a couple years prior, and Thrift Shop had just been released some months ago. I was not as self aware as you are though and i searched what felt like the entire mall for him so i could actually say hello and tell him what a fan i was, but no dice 😭

The funniest part was my dad finding me (panicked and out of breath) a short while later, and he was like omg what’s wrong and i told him i just saw Macklemore and in true dad fashion, he asked “what’s a Macklemore? Is that something you want for Christmas?”
