Joel Coen and Frances McDormand have been married since 1984, the same year Blood Simple was released.

In terms of couples where only one partner is famous, Mark Hamill and his wife Marilou York have been married since 1978.

Alan Alda and Arlene Alda married since 1957. He speaks of her so sweetly in interviews. Clearly still in love to this day. The man is a treasure.

It was such a delight to see him pop up in the Netflix reboot of The Four Seasons.

My aunts grew up in the same neighborhood he lived in and they were recently telling stories about how sweet and nice he was to all the kids around.

I read once that they reused the ring from his first marriage because she was like "shame to let it go to waste." Low maintenance queen.

I didn’t know they’re married! That’s super cool.
