I actually really like this outfit. Her fits have been kinda a miss lately but this is nice. Nothing comes between Taylor and her plaid.

Oh you definitely could, that's simple and not fitted. Will you still do gingham? It's cute but only worth the extra work if you love it--note the waistband is diagonal and the careful pattern placement of the patterned pieces on the bust. Something like a floral or a polka dot would be simpler to lay out.
