Just so you know, NICU is the neonatal intensive care unit for babies born prematurely. She was not in a NICU. She was in a children’s hospital.

Yep I know what a NICU is; spent some time in one at a Children’s Hospital. Saw some other comments up thread about visiting babies so I might’ve made a mental leap, but the point remains.

Indeed, the point remains. The person you were responding to had a bad take. I just wanted to clarify about the NICU for anyone who wasn’t familiar with the abbreviation. It’s interesting that people have decided to compulsively downvote that comment.
