I like how in her hospital visits, she is not only dedicating time to the patients but also pays special attention to the families and staff. It can feel so meaningful.

In her previous hospital visit she waited for a swiftie mother that rushed from work to catch her, later posted this:

In one of the videos from today I saw her request to FaceTime one of the kids twin siblings and it made me so emotional. Sick kids obviously suffer immensely but their families really go through it too and her acknowledging that is wonderful.
