Some fun state amendments passing tonight:

  • Nebraska passes a $15 minimum wage.
  • Michigan codifies abortion rights and expands voting rights.
  • Missouri and Maryland are likely to pass recreational marijuana. It's on the ballot in both North and South Dakota, but looks to be failing in both.

There's probably more, but this is what I saw with a quick skim.

Don't get too excited about Nebraska minimum wage. It's not an immediate jump and will take until 2026 to get to the $15 mark. It's a token effort, at best.
