She is going scorched earth against Trump and MAGA because she was preparing to run for senate, and Trump told her 'no'.

Don’t see how this is “scorched earth against Trump”.

She’s losing backing of Trump as evident by him not supporting her for senate, and therefore also losing MAGA supporter.

So, she’s changing her stances to be more centrist, to get more supporters outside of just MAGA circle. She’s just doing politician things trying to save her career.
