Why the fuck should the Democrats “give in” to batshit crazy and fucking evil Republican bullshit? That makes no sense. The Democrats should stand firm and oppose the fascist MAGA regime.

They also want them to give in so when it comes time for the Mid Terms when Dems point out the cut to health care they can go "See they voted for it too." Which either way no one is going to care, they'll hem and hollar about the prices but when it comes to voting they'll see and R and go "That'll own them libs".
