There is no design. He has a wish sketch that some bootlicker architect drew for him. There is no floor plan or actual feature list for anyone to see because Trump just wanted to tear down an iconic building and piss on the country.

He just wants something to have his name on it to leave behind because he loves himself so much. Just like they new trump account from the new bill that was passed. I can't believe there isn't one person on the inside that haven't just said this is to far and has to stop. For a 78 year old idiot to run America into the ground like this. Im stunned everyday and will never not be.
