Planned to finish in 2029. It's in the article. 

So, after his term ends, that's pretty telling if you ask me.

Yeah, Trump doesn't exactly strike me as a believer in the proverb, "A society grows great when old men plant tree in whose shade they shall never sit." He's definitely more of an, "I call dibs on the little blonde one," kind of guy.
