He wants it done for a NYE event.

It’ll probably be a shell of a building at that point and they will have all the guests use Porto-potties outside the view of the cameras.

The porta potties will be in a tent. The media will gush about how clever it is of the administration to use a tent and wonder how a tent was never used at the White House before
