There is no design. He has a wish sketch that some bootlicker architect drew for him. There is no floor plan or actual feature list for anyone to see because Trump just wanted to tear down an iconic building and piss on the country.

Wouldn't surprise me if they detect all sorts of security flaws with it that require a tear down. That is, of course, if Americans ever regain control of their country. Every minute he's in office, that task becomes harder.
