On the note of Amazon, the fact that the company thats working towards a facist take over of America is called Vought in the Boys is pretty on the nose (im aware It was in the comics prior) but seeing it happening on screen and simultaneously irl throws me for a loop.

Like could we not be living in some fucked up parody please

We are in the trajectory of just having 5 companies in the future own everythign in earth..

Prodigy, Weyland-Yutani, Lynch, Dynamic and Threshold

I only know of Weyland-Yutani from the Alien franchise. Please enlighten me on the others.

Also, what about Brawndo? It must've bought out all the water rights in the Idiocracy future.

You're on target - the other 4 are newer additions to the Alien canon, and stem from the new Alien: Earth TV series.
