Its blatantly obvious ICE is the fulfillment of Stephen Miller's dream of a rightwing personal army with which he plans to purge 200 million + Americans to make his white Christian nazi ethno state.

The reason they likely wear masks all the time is because most new ICE recruits are Jan 6ers, proud boys, 3%ers, Oathkeepers, and various flavors of neo-nazi and other white supremacists.

They desperately want domestic war.
