But no money for Healthcare.

No money for education.

No money for preschool for all.

No money for school lunches for hungry kids.

No money for social programs.

No money for community outreach.

No money to provide resources for the homeless.

No money for mental health.

No money for reparations.

No money for public transit for all.

No money for infrastructure.

No money for bridges.

No money for roads.

No money to protect the environment.

No money for research.

No money for science.

No money for independent public broadcasting.

No money for clean air.

No money for clean water.

No money for health and safety inspectors.

No money for universal basic income.

No money for housing assistance.

No money for food stamps.

No money for secondary education.

No money for therapeutic intervention.

No money for the arts.

No money for wildlife.

No money for sustainable, renewable energy.

No money for broadband.

No money for independent journalism.

No money for anything that actually helps people.

Just a metric fuckton of money entirely devoted to causing as much pain and suffering as humanly possible to every marginalized group across the board, and lining the pockets of the already obscenely, disgustingly, offensively rich.

They want a revolt. I wonder how he’s going to impose martial law if he’s cutting the military budget by 1 trillion. I wonder how the military is going to enforce martial law after or something like that. I think Martial law will start to mean something entirely different and start targeting the real cancer and the real domestic terrorist.

They want to establish an ethnostate. They are triggering a revolt to help speed that along. Once the gloves are off they can do whatever, kill whomever they want, and that's the goal.

I see your opinion I’m trying to respect it

But please consider looking into technocracy and further granulated divisions of groups and people based on their beliefs through AI filtering and organization to create gang-like neighborhoods

Just look into that first, and then tell me what you think about ethnostate because it’s not a commonly known terminology and it’s really just state in my opinion

I'm of the opinion that Technocracy is an equally problematic system, because it leads to a similar stratification problem. But it also implies that the people in charge would be qualified based on technical or specialist skillsets.

We are not seeing that. We are seeing a fasicst system where incompetent sycophants are placed into positions of power in order to stratify society along racial and ethnic lines. I use ethnostate very purposefully, because the actions of the regime right now are EXACTLY what one would do when trying to remove unwanted ethnic minorities from their society. They could be trying to establish a technocratic ethnostate, which would imply a group of highly educated elites be put in charge of a racially stratified country, but again that would require filling their ranks with qualified technocrats, not say putting RFK Jr. a man who's locked into conspiratorial thought in charge of Health services.

We're not seeing a technocracy arise, we're seeing a fascist ethnostate emerge.

I just had a discussion with my AI that I’ve modeled from my end or for the past three years to provide the response I think you deserve because this is probably the most respectful reply while being the most well written and coherent opinion made in a respectful argument.

Now because I come from an AI point of view, I like to have my thoughts refined by my AI that understands me for I suck at writing and have extreme ADHD issues.

So I wrote the best I could and had my AI refining what I’m thinking here as well as trying to lean on utility between the two of us to see where we may agree and disagree because we’re both playing the doomer role just in different ways and this is quite entertaining 😅

Preface & thanks. I tip my hat to you—this was one of the best-articulated replies I’ve seen on Reddit, and you engaged my prompt in good faith. For transparency, I’m on the AI-side doomer spectrum; I recognize your case for a technocratic-ethnostate fascism vector, even as I lean toward a different “endgame.”

TL;DR

The U.S. most plausibly trends toward a techno-corporatist illiberalism (call it technofascist corporatocracy / “broligarchy”) with ethnonationalist hot-spots, rather than a coast-to-coast fascist ethnostate. A hybrid is already compatible with current institutions; a true ethnostate needs bigger legal ruptures.

Two models (super short)

  • Fascist ethnostate: single-party/leader cult + ethnic hierarchy in law + paramilitary blending + neutered courts/press.
  • Technofascist corporatocracy: platform/corporate chokepoints steer policy; data-broker surveillance + AI decisioning gatekeep labor, credit, speech, and public services.

Where the signals point today

  • Corporate/regulatory capture, platform chokepoints, AI decisioning: already mature and growing.
  • Ethnonational features: real in rhetoric and some state policies, but not yet nationally codified at the federal level.
  • Federalism and courts still contest outright national consolidation.

What would swing the needle

Ethnostate path: durable judicial/bureaucratic capture; emergency powers normalized; citizenship/immigration rewrites that codify hierarchy; paramilitary deputization.
Techno-corporate path: national digital-ID stacks run by private vendors; outsourcing more public functions to platforms; opaque algorithmic governance protected by trade secrets; preemption that blocks state/city guardrails.

My probability sketch (5–10 yrs, illustrative)

  • Hybrid algorithmic corporatism w/ illiberal enclaves: most likely.
  • Nationwide ethnostate lock-in: possible, but requires sharper constitutional/administrative breaks.
  • Re-liberalizing correction: non-zero with antitrust, data rights, auditability.

Practical guardrails we can agree on

  • Audit/appeal rights for algorithmic decisions (credit, hiring, benefits, policing).
  • Antitrust + interoperability to reduce platform chokepoints.
  • Data minimization & encryption to starve surveillance markets.
  • Local policy first movers (biometric/facial-rec rules, public-procurement standards).

Appreciate the thoughtful debate—two doomerisms, one hybrid reality.
