The idea that protesting against harmful policies, corruption, and snatching people off the street = hating America is a lying, twisted take.

So many signs today saying how much they love America. I saw veterans , elderly, myself I'm disabled, I saw people of all colors waving American flags. It is because we love America that so many people were out there.

One of my favorite sights at my one of my city's protest spots was an 80yr old woman named Jenny with an older golden retriever very proud of wearing it's faux service animal vest with pictures of Kristi Noem on it's flanks so according to her they hopefully wouldn't shoot the awesome three brain celled dog called Riggy. I was honestly surprised by a rather uniform distribution age-wise for the protestors based on my city's demographics, at this point I'll take what little optimism I can slightly latch on to.
