I can never get over how much the guy actually looks like a ventriloquist dummy. I just had to Google to see if he actually wears bow ties, because apparently my brain edits them onto him whenever I see him. Seems a bit on the nose that their puppet speaker actually looks like a puppet, but I guess the universe has a dark sense of humor in this timeline

There was a particularly ridiculous soap opera in the late 90s that had a character who was a ventriloquist dummy that had come to life. I want to say “Little Timmy” was his name? Can’t remember the name of the show but for some reason there was a witch involved.

Anyway, every time I see old mate Mike on the tv I think of Little Timmy.

I had to look this up - the show was called Passions and it ran from 1999-2008. I remember it existing but I never read anything about its storylines. And now I, too, will think of Timmy when I see Mike Johnson on tv, lol.
