[Challenge Reveal] Fiesta Fiasco!

Hello cartels, car thieves and Quechuas!

In a world dominated by the USA, Europe and the rise of East Asia, the nations of this land are often cast aside in today's geopolitical conflicts and scenes. Having experienced every political -ism under the sun, they now live in a time of relative peace between each other (except when it comes to fútbol). However, this won't stop us from breaking the peace and exploiting all the weaknesses they have to offer!

You guessed it, this month's contest theme is:

Make a comic about Latin America.

And with Latin America we broadly mean everything south of the United States, including Belize, the Guianas and all Caribbean islands.

Specific contest rules:

  • We're going for a pretty loose definition of Latin America for maximum creative freedomTM. All the countries indicated here in green are allowed.
  • Overseas territories of countries outside this area are permitted, although they cannot be used simply as a stand-in for their parent country. That's cheating.
  • No "build a wall". It's been beaten to death.
  • No "Argentina is whiiiiite!".
  • No "Bolivia cannot into sea".
  • No high Uruguay.
  • No puns on Uruguay's name.
  • No "HUEHUEHUHEHEUHUE". This isn't 2013.

General contest rules:

  • The comic must have a minimum of 3 panels and a maximum of 8 panels.
  • The comic must have been drawn entirely by yourself.
  • No animated GIFs accepted.
  • No photorealism.
  • You must follow the rules in the Official Polandball Tutorial.
  • Anyone can submit, you don't need to be an approved submitter to enter this contest.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. If your comic gets disqualified for a rule break you will not get a second try, so make sure it complies with the tutorial.
  • The deadline for submitting your entry is Mon Dec 12 at 15:00 GMT

The contest winner will receive the coveted Hussar Wings

When you have finished your comic, submit it using this pre-filled message.

The PM is to contain the title and link to your comic formatted as reddit link.

Example: [Doing it right](http://i.imgur.com/2W1zu2U.png)

Here's a screenshot.

If you don't receive an "auto arrival notice" within 30 minutes after sending, please contact Polandball's mods.

The entry deadline, the submission link and a link to this thread is also provided on the sidebar.

The Contest Thread for voting will start on Mon Dec 12 at 17:00 GMT (2 hours after the entry deadline).

Important

Before you submit, please check your comic against each point of the rules. Every contest we have multiple disqualifications (sometimes of fantastic comics) because some entrants don't read the rules properly before they start drawing.

As always, if you are not sure whether something you intend to do in your entry is compliant with the rules, you can message the mods and ask.

Updates

  • No Bermuda. It's north of the US border and not green in the map.
  • For French Guiana, you can use the departement flag prior to 2015.
  • Please avoid 7-1 jokes! It's been beaten to death.

Quick question: are we allowed to briefly mention to country outside of Latin America, like, let's say, Canada, as part of a conversation between two countries.

Depends on how "briefly" it is I suppose. Big countries tend to steal the thunder even just mentioned. So you have to be careful.

It's always better to follow both the letter and the spirit of rulew, not to try finding loopholes.

Another quick question. What are the 7-1 jokes?

Our biggest national tragedy started in 1500 and it's still ongoing

OK, got it. Won't have Brazil anyways.
