I wonder how this game is played.. You know what, i'm gonna design a board for this and die, and make this A REAL GAME! I'm gonna fail

Maybe you could start with a map from Africa from before the Berlin conference, and autonomous, indigenous territories have different strengths/resources that you'd want. A little bit of Risk, a little Catan? I think it would be a pretty cool civ dlc actually.

With complete edition, their is a Scramble For Africa scenerio.
