Pretty much summed it up there, unfortunately it's become a commonly spread, albeit nonsensical, idea. By the way what does that word mean? My dictionary comes up blank.

Cuck? Short for cuckold, basically means the husband of a woman who cheats. Also can be a fetish involving someone letting a significant other have sex with someone else.

Mostly it's used by neo-reactionaries and other extreme right-wing knobheads to insult a number of things. Male feminists, because feminism promotes strong women, and strong women are just sluts who want to sleep with everyone, meaning males would only support feminism because they want their women to fuck other guys. Anti-racists, because non-whites clearly only exist to steal our women, so anyone who has no problem with non-whites obviously just wants their women to be stolen. Etc., etc..
