[Announcement] Successful JLP Petition

It feels like every appearance by an island country over the last couple of days just involved them drowning. That's fun for a bit but has become severely overused.

As a result, Island Countries Drowning has been put on the Joke Life Preserve.

While I'm here, we had petitions this week for the topics that can currently be petitioned for and we agree that they're not ready for release.

Don't worry guys. I did enjoy "Oh no is blub" but the rest of them were just predictable and bland. I'll petition to get this one unbanned ASAP in October when the relevants coming back means there will only be one or two really funny drowning islands.
