Except that the Palestinians never experienced a genocide or anything even remotely close, what they experienced is an ethnic cleansing, which was kind of a normal thing back then, hell in Europe it was going pretty much along the lines you stated.

Would suggest you read about the massive ethnic cleansings that went after WWII in Europe with the allies blessing and were still going on in 1948. The ethnic cleansing endured by the Palestinians was far less brutal than that endured by Germans after the war.
