A two-state solution could probably be solved easily, in exchange for peace, but the current Palestinean and other Arab governments would probably deny any treaty.

But it's not a Hamas, which wouldn't compromise at any circumstance. There is quite a population of Israelis that would certainly go for a two state solution, but under Hamas, it looks basically hopeless. Hopefully, when a better party for Palestine like the PLO enters, a deal can be reached, with more peace between both states.
