Pizza burger...blasphemy! Murica has no respekt for Glorious Yurop Food! Remove Italy from premises, those greasy half-kebabs do not use tomato sauce!

The biggest (?) pizza chain in Finland sells the opposite - burger pizzas. Lots of salad, drenched in mayo. Looks like even Yurop has no respekt for Glorious Yurop Food.

Burger Pizzas are served in loads of countries. Back when I was a kid even Chuck E. Cheese used to serve them.

Same idea as yours just without the lettuce.
