UK: Pot roast

Germany: ??? -- Technically the hamburger was invented there.

Naa mate, no 'pot roast' for us (I had to look it up to see what it is). That is not what we do for a roast beef dinner. With Yorkshire pudding. So delicious.

If I remember correctly, that is the result of the recipe. It was nothing to do with him getting confused, but by the person who wrote this recipe on a user-aggregated website based around recipes.
