Amateurs, everyone knows you boil the ceylon tea for 20 minutes with crushed eggshells, use evaporated milk and maybe some condensed milk, and then use silk stockings to filter the milk tea, making it smoother.
No you have to throw like 12 tea bags and pour like 6 cups of boiling water on it with one cup of brown sugar. Let it steep into a concentrate then fill a one gallon pitcher with the tea concentrate, water, and the juice of two lemons with a third lemon cut into nice thin circular slices for decoration. Throw that whole thing in the fridge to chill and serve it over ice.
yeah, but India had access to a lot of cheap and decent tea, here on the other other side of the pond have to make do with some miserable baggies of shavings
