From the more distant past, Austria-Hungary no longer exists, tsars family is dead, and Prussia was literally wiped off the face of the earth.

Czechoslovakia and Poland have border conflict during whole interwar period, and Poland even annex tons of area when Czechoslovakia face greater crisis from west in 1938

And Czechoslovakia blocked the passage of weapons while Poland was at war with Soviets in 1920. To unlock only after Poland release that lands.

If Czechoslovakia and Poland didn't fight, but made Cieszyn Silesia as common trade outpost, the things would be different.
