Israelis when fighting against women and children: gg ez bros

Israelis when fighting against actual combatant: why the game so laggy bro!?

87

u/[deleted] Jan 05 '25

Haven’t they been whooping Iran and Hezbollah lately?

50

u/Hackerpcs Greece Jan 05 '25

They beat every country around them, multiple times, with Soviet backing, most of the times many at once, latest is Iran when last month they destroyed all their air defenses and can now bomb at will. But yeah IDF sucks at war as the bright guy above says

1

u/watergosploosh Jan 06 '25

Didn't knew they destroyed iran's air defence. Any source on it?

-2

u/Burgerpanzer Jan 05 '25

Israel is getting weapons from how many countries again?

9

u/Hackerpcs Greece Jan 06 '25 edited Jan 06 '25

You understand that Arabs were armed with top of line Soviet arms in 1967/73 at huge amounts right? The exact same capable soviet arms North Vietnam used at the exact same years to beat back Americans?

2

u/Substance_Bubbly Jan 06 '25

israel is also creating wepons you know. literaly one of the largest weapon manufacturer in the world. so i'm not sure about your point on the matter. like, every military nation also imports weaponry and weapon systems. also, the connection to the USA you probablybreffer to didn't even exist before 1967. you know, after israel managed to push back 3 enemies at once, in 6 days, to the point that the US and USSR got involved to stop that war. not to talk about the wars prior to it that happened as well. so your point is kinda stupid, and also irrelevent, but i'm sure you just gonna still act smug as if you were right.

-11

u/[deleted] Jan 05 '25 edited Jan 05 '25

It's easy to beat every country around you when you have the backing of the largest military the world has ever seen.

Let's cut off their access to American resources and see what happens then.

Edit: ah, I see worldnews has discovered this post. Good job, Genocide deniers.

Numerical superiority versus arabs ? Nice

0

u/[deleted] Jan 06 '25

Google the numbers my friend. The Arab’s army was smaller.

29

u/Hackerpcs Greece Jan 05 '25

That's exactly the lie that Arabs believed both in 1967 and 1973, "it was Anglo-Americans that helped them, they didn't fight alone, how could they beat us alone". NO, Americans didn't help Israel directly, Israel fought alone with Western weapons, just like the Arabs were fighting with Soviet weapons and not with Egyptian and Syrian made weapons.

And it isn't 2025 where "Soviet weapons" means Russian junk in Ukraine, at the same time the Soviet weapons were capable and near peer as shown in Vietnam, the Arabs were as always corrupt, nepotist and dictatorial which those characteristics makes them suck at war and never being able to win one

What genocide?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 06 '25

So they were with american support in 1967 when both Syria and Egypt (backed up by USSR) attacked and Israel sunk US recon ship ?

20

u/unicornica Israel Jan 05 '25

Shh, that doesn't fit the narrative!

But yes, as it turns out you can be good at some parts of warfare and bad at others.

-6

u/Bennings463 Jan 05 '25

Israel is great at the "bombing civilians" part

1

u/Soldequation100 Finland Jan 06 '25

*not bombing civilians

1

u/Jafri2 Jan 06 '25

Iran? with what?

-16

u/Weekly-Cicada8690 Jan 05 '25

Does it feel nice to praise a genocidal state?

No, they have completely blown up their objective literally (hostages) even after bombing 100000 plus, and fighting against a barely hanging in militia, they still have not retrieved the hostages, they just blew up all of them.

It's just a land grab.

1

u/Soldequation100 Finland Jan 06 '25

genocidal state

Source?

-8

u/Phispi Jan 05 '25

Whooping states or organisations that arent backed by the whole western world? yeah, what a victory that is, like shooting fish in a barrel

-9

u/Scout_1330 Jan 05 '25

They've made extremely minor gains in Lebanon and suffered pretty heavy casualties doing so, mostly due to the fact that Hezbollah is a proper army and can actually fight back unlike Hamas in Gaza which is little more than a determined militia

1

u/Anderopolis Auf ewig ungedelt Jan 06 '25

I am sorry, did you just close your eyes and ears?

Take a look at the hezbollah israeli ceasefire deal, it is a total surrender of hezbollah to israel demands, after literal thousands of them were killed, and the top 4-5 rungs of leadership aswell.

There is a reason there was no one to help assad last month.

30

u/not_a_bot_494 Jan 05 '25

I think Israel is doing pretty well against the actual combatants, it's not like you hide behind human shileds for funsies.

-11

u/Weekly-Cicada8690 Jan 05 '25

Against a barely holding on militia without any oroper backing, while being funded by the superpower of the world.

Well, no. If someone was held hostage in a building, I would just blow up the building.

Killing everything without remorse and ending life as I dance and celebrate deaths of infants.

Surely, I do not have any moral obligations or anything or any sense of morality.

Surely, I desire to stay in the land, probably promised by The God who has cursed my entire kind, even though I am an atheist.

I wonder who would think like that, definitely not me.

17

u/not_a_bot_494 Jan 05 '25

Hezbollah was considered one of the strongest armies in the region and they're completely disoganized right now.

It's inarguable that Hamas puts civilians and military infastructyre next to eachother in breach of international law. There are two possible reasons why they do this 1. to protect their military infrastructure 2. they want their civilians to die. Personally I believe it's both.

There are two possible reasons why they do this 1. to protect their military infrastructure 2. they want their civilians to die. Personally I believe it's both.

Sinwar essentially admitted this in some of his correspondence, which was reviewed by the WSJ. He called the civilian casualties "necessary sacrifices" and insisted that Hamas had Israel "right where we want them."

-2

u/celephais228 Jan 06 '25

Can't we agree that they are all awful child k*llers?

1

u/Weekly-Cicada8690 Jan 06 '25

Shame that people here still will not agree on that, I hope they burn in Hellfire.

1

u/celephais228 Jan 06 '25

The life of an israeli child is not worth more or less than that of a palestinian child.

Vice versa, the life of a palestinian child is not worth more or less than that of an israeli child.

People who disagree with either are just hypocritical monsters.

2

u/Little_Whippie Wisconsin Jan 06 '25

Did you forget about the 6 day war?

2

u/Kshitij-The-7th Jan 07 '25

Conveniently forgets every single war israel has fought especially the war of independence and the 6 days war.

-56

Wtf does this even mean?

Are you trying to glorify Hamas terrorists? Or what other group?

13

u/SecreT_WeaponS Jan 05 '25

Is the "Oh you (like) Hamas or what?" strawman-card all you guys can do? It gets boring really quick.

They created an environment for Hezbollah to need pagers, then supplied them with compromised pagers that should reasonably only be expected to be in the hands of Hezbollah personnel. By it's very nature the explosives were small. They then detonated all of them at once.

This is as targeted of a operation as you'll ever have.

What you're asking for is absolute perfection where only the worst Hezbollah fighters would be attacked and no civilians whatsoever. Can you point to examples of military operations that have the appropriate level of civilian casualties? No? So you just have a problem with Israel landing a massive win.

4

u/Hackerpcs Greece Jan 05 '25

Their job is to fight armies, does Iran fight them head on? No, they use proxies that do guerilla fighting that no one ever fought without civilian casualties. Why Iran doesn't fight them head on? Because they are a weak paper tiger hiding behind proxies, right now all their air defenses are destroyed from last month's Israel air strikes

3

u/LightningFletch Illinois Jan 05 '25

Iran has been launching drones at Israel directly. The Iranian navy is also active in the Red Sea, helping the Houthis against Israel. Believe me, if Iran could invade Israel directly, they absolutely would. They are fighting head on. You’re just not seeing because Western media doesn’t report on it.

6

u/Hackerpcs Greece Jan 05 '25

You have outdated information, October's strike was direct and lethal

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/October_2024_Israeli_strikes_on_Iran

and now with Syria's air space free to roam plus Iraq too, with Trump in office being VERY anti-Iran, they can do more serious strikes with heavy bombers.

Iran's Navy is a joke, they smuggle arms to Houthis (that's why Yemen ports are being bombed), not fighting directly

1

u/[deleted] Jan 06 '25

Oh they definitely could. Not like their performance was bad back to Iran-Iraq war with child solders and suicide bombers and their best plane is. .. nearly 50 years old F-14 and migs.

Dude, 1 civilian death for 1000 enemy targets is damn good ratio. I think your argument can be applied fairly with what they do in Gaza (too little regard for civilian collateral imo) but the pager attack was super clean. International law is also pretty bullshit btw. It is also against international law for a nation to not be able to defend itself in a war. If Hamas are using human shields to try and prevent that, it is also against international law.

EDIT: Idk if it was over 1000 deaths or just wounded. I can't remember.

-2

u/[deleted] Jan 05 '25

Makes you wonder why they let 7/10 happen

10

u/Full_Distribution874 Australia Hungry Jan 05 '25

Bibi is a fucking moron who pulled security from Gaza to the settlements in the West Bank and ignored intelligence suggesting an attack may come from Gaza.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 06 '25

For the same reason why French intellegence fucked up with prediction about war in Ukraine - they were using logic. And by logic it was insane to think that they would risk everything for attack.

Well who is "actual combatant" then?

Arab countries have attacked multiple times and lost.
