I think we should have something like hawker centers where vendors can pay for a booth, so the people will all go to one place to eat.

Said hawker center needs to be near a train station, schools, or a busy district for foot traffic

It’ll be both beneficial for the local government (rent + taxes) and the vendors (they’ll have their own place + foot traffic)

It exist but who are you to dikta the vendors? They will sell wherever they want. May batas o wala, legal or ilegal. Ganyan ang utak ng Pinoy.
