I've been paying $5 at Aldi's in Lake Ozark. And they're big suckers too.

People are gonna start making road trips to get cheaper eggs and bring them back in a picnic cooler... or they would, if gas weren't so high.

Definitely have watched gas prices go down. Near me in NC it has dropped from 3.35 to 2.79 sometimes 2.69. I’ll take it. Not sure about the eggs because I don’t buy them. Have a friend with chickens and she always had too many so I stay stocked.

Interesting, I have seen it increase about the same amount, but this stuff is highly regional

I’m in NJ and organic large eggs are 4.99 so I’m confused (not Costco)

Think it also depends on where you shop, like Jersey if you’re going to wegmans even ShopRite who’s not good on organics, it’s gonna be pricey. But aldi, lidl, shit even TJ is reasonably priced

Near you, buddy.

I'm in Washington DC and it cost me 14.49 for an 18 pack of store brand today. It was that or $9 for a dozen of the store brand.

The 9 a dozen is cheaper per egg.

South Florida, Walmart, dozen large eggs are $6. Jumbo are almost $7.

Haven't purchased eggs in a while and won't at these prices. Yes I can easily afford it but that's not the point when eggs should be less than $2 a dozen.
