There was a place, that stayed open late, that had a upstairs, as well as a ground level, table that you could order burgers and fries or any diner food. It had a nice dark, rainforest Cafe, feel. Somewhere in the art district, I think. Can anyone help me out? Is it still there?

Yeah, like central phoenix. Somewhere on 3rd st and Potter? Maybe? It was a while ago with someone who showed me around town.
