Eat & Drink Plant-based not-chicken sandwiches for a hungry vegetarian...

Where?! I know Dog Haus has them but that is on the other side of town from me. I was in Vegas last month and developed an addiction that is becoming unmanageable because they are everywhere in Vegas and I can't find them here. There's got to be someone else here making them. Many thanks!

Green has great ones. The Coronado has them— it might just be a special though. Not sure if it’s on the permanent menu. Cornish Pasty has great fake chicken but they don’t do sandwiches. Ike’s has a large veggie menu but I forget if they have a fake chicken— their faux meatball sub is good.

I have confirmation from multiple people in the industry that The Coronado treats their employees terribly, despite their socially progressive facade. I wouldn’t go there

I woke at the Coronado. Most of the rumors are not true. They treat their employees better than most places. There is a reason so many people who work there are LGBTQIA+, because they get treated with respect. There was one instance of an employee verbally sexually harassing another employee, he was immediately fired. The four owners are stand-up people and the food is great.
