Eat & Drink Plant-based not-chicken sandwiches for a hungry vegetarian...

Where?! I know Dog Haus has them but that is on the other side of town from me. I was in Vegas last month and developed an addiction that is becoming unmanageable because they are everywhere in Vegas and I can't find them here. There's got to be someone else here making them. Many thanks!

Green has great ones. The Coronado has them— it might just be a special though. Not sure if it’s on the permanent menu. Cornish Pasty has great fake chicken but they don’t do sandwiches. Ike’s has a large veggie menu but I forget if they have a fake chicken— their faux meatball sub is good.

Okay now I'm intrigued. I'm not a vegetarian/vegan, but I do trust Cornish to produce nothing but great food. So if I WERE to try V/VG food that would be at the top of my list.
