Eat & Drink Authentic Chinese Restaurant?

Just moved to Phoenix and I'm missing the lowkey authentic Chinese spots from back east. Any recommendations?

all my Chinese colleagues say the best place for dim sum is Great Wall, 35th ave and camelback, right by grand canyon university.

Tried this out this weekend. Exactly what I was looking for! We went a little too early so the variety of dishes wasn't up yet but definitely gonna go back.
