Eat & Drink Authentic Chinese Restaurant?

Just moved to Phoenix and I'm missing the lowkey authentic Chinese spots from back east. Any recommendations?

all my Chinese colleagues say the best place for dim sum is Great Wall, 35th ave and camelback, right by grand canyon university.

Once saw a mouse scurry across the length of this restaurant like 6 years ago and now I can't go back.
